The consummate business professional, John Crouch built a successful career in the sporting goods industry, rising to the role of Managing Director of Simpson of Australia before turning 30.

Moving into "semi-retirement" 20 years later, John soon found the challenges of the business world still called...and what better place to meet those challenges than in the world of real estate. With an early role on the corporate side (as a Business Development Manager for a nationwide real estate franchise), John was soon drawn to the fast pace of residential sales.

Now, as a Licenced Estate Agent/ Auctioneer, he has been making Bayside homes his speciality for more than two decades. Bringing a highly professional approach to every listing, John treats the marketing of each home as an individual "business plan" with its own

strategic approach. Years of skilled negotiating see John uniquely well-positioned to add value at the "business-end" of the sale...with his strength and skill around the negotiating table adding real dollars to the selling price of his clients' properties.

John's business-like approach extends to his life outside work too. A committed marathon runner (he has completed 19 marathons to date and is a member of the Melbourne Marathon "Spartan Club"), John is serious about fitness - with running and gym - work part of his daily schedule. An active member of Beaumaris RSL, Football and Cricket Clubs, John takes his commitment to the community seriously while, with two adult children and a just graduated university age daughter, his commitment to his family is definitely more pleasure than business!
